In my opinion, nowadays young people my age very care about their fitness. It’s very easy to find people who go on a diet and regulate their meals. Because there are many people who are interested in working out, many Pilates and yoga academies are built. Personal training is also popular to my age.
My friends who are women tend to lose their weight for good appearance. They usually do home training and skip their meals. They want to be skinny like idols(entertainers). In contrast of women, men tend to build up their muscle, so they usually exercise in gyms with equipment. Some friends drink protein shake.
As I know these friends, I think my age very care their fitness.
