You shouldn't miss to eat the tteokbokki in Korea.
It is long rice cakes like noodle with spicy sause.
A lot of Korean love the food. There are the chennel about tteokbokki in Youtube.
Many Korean really miss the food specially when they're in other country.
It have a variety of types. One of the famous franchise is "엽기떡볶이" which is a represent of very spicy foods.
The collaboration with fried chicken is popular picnic food. The way to eat is that the chicken piece dip into the pick tteokbokki sauce.
It's original version is too spicy to eat for me, so I usually eat less spicy version.
If you like spicy food, I recommend to challenge the food.
Although you can't eat spicy food, you can enjoy the other type with garlic sauce, or rose one.
2021 Korea trend food is rose tteokbokki, which is famous among young people.
It is less spicy than original, and more creamy, sweaty. the sauce is mixing original rose sauce and spicy sauce.
I hope the food restaurants are made over the world.
