There are many ways to handle with sleeping problems. For example, listening to music or ASMR, placing aroma candles beside the bed, and just staying until they could sleep.
Listening to music is the most common way that people use when they want to sleep. Calm music makes people’s mind relieve and can concentrate on their sleep. The case of ASMR has the same effect with music. Placing aroma candles is also the general way to sleep. The smell of it helps people relaxed and easy to sleep. For this reason, many people prefer to smell of candles and use them. The last one is awaking up until they sleep. They just spend their time to play with cellphone or do something else. However, they don’t try to sleep and just wait to sleep.
