Is getting angry an effective way of dealing with problems?

For sure getting angry is an effective way of dealing with problems.
But in a negative way of dealing with problems.

Being angry will affect us negatively when we deal with problems.
It will cause stress, and make the hardships harder.
Being angry is not a good way of dealing with problems.
We'll be stressed out easily instead of solving problems.

Then how to deal with problems properly?
First, we need to find the reason that causes this problem.
Second, find the most wise way out to deal with problems.
Third, carry out the way out we have thought into action.
The problem will solve easily if we think slowly and wisely.
