The most common way to develop healthy eating habits is eating more vegetables than meats. Many people tend to think eating vegetables is good for their health. Because I also think so, I chose this one as a good eating habit. Another way is eating balanced with diverse nutrients. Eating carbohydrate, protein, and fat balanced is important to live healthy life. Therefore, people have to intake adequate nutrient. The last habit is not to eat unhealthy foods. For example, fast food, alcohol, and sweets. They have a bad effect on body, so reducing eating these foods is essential. If people avoid eating them, their lives will be healthier than the past.
