The technologies in our lives made us very easier and more complicated than before.
First, like smart phones or computers, we can use it anywhere and we can communicate each other through these digital devices.
But second, the system of our society is going very complicated, so if we want to use the technologies, we have to learn.
And there are so many adventages and disadventages, so I think we can't say that the technologies in our lives made the lives easier.

Some people say that technology has complicated our lifestyle, but in most cases, it has been beneficial in terms of making life convenient. Firstly, it has made human life very easy, especially related to connecting with friends and their loved ones and sharing content and info around the world easily.
