The "YOLO" and "FIRE" movement represent for aspects of life style which people would like to follow these days. The trends of life have changed to enjoy our life. The work and life balance has became the most important aspects among the people especially, millennials. People have different goals in their life but most of them want to be stable on their financial matters and mental sides. Everybody want to spend their time after work doing whatever they like. Some people would like to spend time with their family in the evening. Korea is known for the country which do overtime work a lot in the OECD countries. People have been sick and tired work a lot but we still have a lot of people who needed to do overtime work because of keeping their basic life. Our government have implemented the new law which restrict the working hour by 40 hours a week. Many people think that it will have a lot of positive effect but many people have complained about this policy because their income have
