Writing: How do you respond to customers' queries about your company's products?

In the case of our company, voice of the customer (VOC) comes through the marketing department. When we are informed about VOC from them, we firstly look up standard manuals as that may have any related information about it.
In the case that we find the VOC is critical so that it should be sorted out as early as possible, we may have to set plans to figure out the major causes of the issue.
