In my country, destop internet charge is not expensive.
It's depend on telecome, I think under 20 dollars is average.
but, cellphone internet charge is very expensive.
4G internet is 70 dollars and 5G internet is all most 100 dollars.
It's too expensive to students.
So, Saving cahrge system is popular in Korea recently.
this system is launched unpoular telecomes.
It is more cheap than popular telecomes.
But this system can't use internet infinity. So, Using this system person are have to finding a wi-fi every where.
I using a expensive charge internet for cellphone so i can use internet everywhere and everytime kkk

I think it's the same in my country. 
Wired internet are nit actually expensive, but smartphone internet cost more. 
Anyhow, it's still good because we can use it to watch news and K-dramas hahaha.

주5회 수업 : 월 20회 이용 가능
주3회 수업 : 월 12회 이용 가능
