If I face the problem, I will solve it through below ways.
First, I contact the managers of relative university few weeks ago before the exam.
I will go into detail about my situation to them.
After that, I will ask 2 ways to solve like below.
Please permit me to delay arrive date or please send the official letter which make me absent the important exam.
If they choose second way, I will find out the regulation about absent of this exam, and I will ask the letter which can be approve by the exam organization.
I think nothing can not do.
When I face other problem, I can solve calmly doing my best.

My score exactly low, or professor make mistake.
To find out real reason, I will ask to see my exam paper and scoring standard.
If the F grade is mistake, It can be solved this way.
