I don't think that a body langauge is not that efficient but I think a body langauge is quite important to people.
First, if we went to the other country but we don't know the other country's language, than, we can use a body langauge.
Second, if we shouldn't speak something to other people but I have to tell something to other people, than, we can use it.
But there is a disadventage of a body language.
We might not understand a body language so it can cause a problem.
But we can use a body language in many way so I think a body language is quite important to people.

The importance of body language is that it assists us in understanding and decoding what the person is saying. Body language also helps interpret other peoples' moods and emotions. Apart from this, it enhances our conscious understanding of people's reactions to what we say and how we say it.
