ȸ¿ø´ÔÀÇ ¿µÀÛ¹®

I think that the hardest thing to cook is 'Kimchi'. Because the recipes are various and it takes a long time to make. Kimchi is the Korean traditional food. In old days, Koreans make it before winter and store it under the ground with special container, which is well ventilated. Nowadays, people can make and buy it all the time, and keep it in refrigerator made for only Kimchi. And the recipes diverse in every house and in every region. Mothers usually teach their daughters or daughter-in-law how to make it. I think most vegetables can be made into Kimchi, and Korean cabbage and radish are the most common ingredients. The base of sauces and ingredients is similar but different every house. Moreover, it is hard work. Because we have to preserve the cabbages in salt, and then they are so heavy. And we should spread the sauce on every leaf. It takes long time. Thus, I think Kimchi is the hardest thing to cook.
