In a rapidly changing society, many companies implemented numerous changes to promote innovation, creativity and performance of their employees. They achieve this goal through technical development, globalization and women empowerment. The technological advancement in the field of employment is highly beneficial for organizations. The improvement of internet speed and development of new software changed whole process of productions and working conditions of employees. These changes push employees to learn new technical skill continuously. Secondly globalization increase diversity in workplaces. These days, workers have to deal with customers from different cultural backgrounds on a daily basis in comparison to past working environments which lacked diversity because they can communicate anytime through various ways such as video meeting and e-mails.
