To build a trust between me and the patients, I should show them that I pay attention to each patient first. To give such that impression, I have to listen to them carefully. Additionally, I need to note the specific features of each patient and take care of the characteristics when I meet that patient. For example, if the patient has an allergy to nickle, I need to note that point, and need to take care of it when performing a medical procedures. Paying attention can lower the frequency of the medical malpractices and help to find out the patient's needs. By focusing on the patients, I can also catch out any discomforts that patients might experience. These can make patients feel secured under my care as a doctor.

In connection to our topic for today, there are some discomfort caused by lack of trust and confidence between the doctor and the patient-the reason why more CCTVs are suggested to be installed. 

To gain patient' trust, confidentiality of their disease as well as sensitivity to their real needs alleviate to the mistrust. 

Thank you for remembering that I have a nickel allergy. ^^ With the many patients you will have in the future, I am sure being particular and specific about their needs will truly help them look and feel better.
