I think that a good leader should has three of thing. First, The leader has a goal. Because the leader should lead people to the destination where is many people want. Second,the leader put plans into action by himself. The last thing is that the leader should listen other people's opinions and distinguish which opinions are right or wrong. The last thing is the most difficult.
