First and foremost, I try to listen to client’s inquiries thoroughly to grasp the complete snapshot of the event. After that, I try to come up with various solutions by sticking strictly to the company’s policy. Without offering what I cannot, I believe it would be essential to find a way to satisfy the customer in any way I can. Finally, I share the possible solution with clients and let them choose from one. Equipping with alternatives would be very critical for unexpected events with no precedent to minimize trial and error.
