As getting old, people are not able to act like when they were young. They always miss the childhood that might be the strongest season in their life. I feel that my physical performance is getting worse than before. It is a little bit difficult to do even light exercise because of my health condition. I can understand why old people don't follow doctors' advice. They would like to do it but they can't because it would be hard for them. In addition, there are many things people do even though, it is not helpful keeping their health such as alcohol, cigarette and drugs. People tend to seek enjoyment that might be bad for their health. I guess that most people know what they have to do for keeping their health, but it can be the most difficult thing. For example, doctors recommend lose patient's weigh but people don't want to give up joyful of eating. That's the main reason why people don't get enough exercise.
