This expression means "Will you fight or will you run away?" I think this might be the expression. "Fly" means to fly somewhere, so if it's used with "fight", I thought that the expression "run away" would suit you well. If this is correct, I think I will use it very well... haha
At first, I never really dreamed that the expression "fly" would be used like this, but it felt very strange to see it being used this way. The way of expression in English seems to be very diverse. ^^;;
