How do you keep your love burning after a long time of marriage?

--> In fact, it was difficult to feel that I loved my husband a lot because I got married four months after meeting him.
Since I thought I had to maintain the happiness of my family, I have tried harder to love him. Interestingly, I think I felt to love with my husband more thanks to that effort.

Love is just like business. The more we invest out time and effort thinking of loving the other person, we get more attached to them. If we neglect them, we might get bankrupt and end up losing profit or gains. The more we love, the more we can also lose just like the more investments and risks we take in business. If we choose love to be our business, we oblige to have conviction and commitment to let this it grow for so many years. In fact, it takes a lifetime. 

Anyway, the use of "in fact" needs a few more evidences in a sentence before we can have it as a transition. For example: "The flame in love can hardly be burning for a long time. In fast, it was difficult to feel that I loved my husband a lot because I got married four months after meeting him."
