If I face with some unexpecting situation which I can not control it myself, I get a lot stress. I do not think I can control amount of stress. But I know how I overcome it. Personally I need a time to be alone to think and take a rest without any disturbing. The time makes me think clearly without any emotional. And later when I am fully charged, I go out to walk. Whenever I walk, I feel my body and brain awakes and ready to do something. I know it is a right time I truly find the solution and face with the problem. That is my way to overcome from a stress. I do not like to ruin my life style due to a stress. Additionally watching a movie, eating delicious food and traveling are very wonderful ways to stress away.
It is easier for me to find the way of stress out rather than controlling an amount of stress.
Wow, it is the first homework and it is not easy than I thought. It's one of small but good new stress to me :-)
