From a young age, diverse events in the global financial market interested me, so I decided to study international finance at Waseda University. After graduation, I started career in the Customer Service team at Dow Jones, where I was awarded four times with stellar customer service. Positive customer experience led to an increase in the subscription sale, which again led to considerable customer base growth. Currently, I am working as a Data Services Analyst at Willis Towers Watson and analyzing clients' data using statistical software to provide advice to clients on their market practices. Bloomberg provides a platform that plays an intermediary role between technology and clients within the global financial market. Alongside this, as part of the analytics team, I would be a user-friendly communicator by interpreting economic data to clients. Therefore, with technology and client dealing experience backed by finance knowledge,I believe this position is where I could contribute 100%.
