We sometimes have to work with people who talk a lot behind the person. I hate this kind of people but I can not avoid to face with because we should meet everyday in a company and work together. In my case, I try to put a right distance between me and him/her. Except working time, I do not mingle with them and deal with them without being emotionally. I believe people does not change their personality and they think that they are right and others are wrong even if they are different style of thinking and working. However if someone's behavior affect to the environment of working place, I am willing to report it to a team leader because it is out of my control. I know that kinds of people never fix their behavior but if they get some warning from a person who is a higher position, they needs to feel be cause of their behavior. Sometimes warning is better to solve than a nice way like understanding or cooperating I think.
