1. How have your eating habits changed over the years?

My eating habits became unhealthy over last 4years. I am aware of how harmful excessive sodium is, so I had tried to eat not salty. But since I started working as a nurse, I had to skip meals frequently due to busy schedule and workload. And after long fasting times, I ate food at once and fell asleep being exhausted. And to resolve my stress, I drank and started eating food salty and chilly. These bad eating habits gave me indisgestion and heartburn, nausea. But I still have craving for spicy and strong-tasting food when I get stressed. So I have to shape up as soon as possible for my health.

I can totally relate to you! Stress eating is really part of being stressed. We can still enjoy these 'not-so-healthy' types of food from time to time and in moderation, especially when life just gets too overwhelming and stressful! :D
