Second, the e-mail is very convenient replying ways as it sends
too much information and reference data to client without using paper .
Third, it's a very dangerous method to tell the inquiry in person because
this will not be also leaved any prove at my side.

Your answers here make great sense! In our work, there needs to be a proof of almost everything we do. These are information we base our activities if we are following processes and if we are doing progress. I agree about the use of e-mail. I wonder if there are still a lot of fax machines nowadays.
