He does 3 kinds of exercises everyday. First he does some muscular exercises, especially he spends many times for his core muscle.
Next he cycles at home for 30 minutes every day. Lastly he walk 10,000 steps everyday.
If it¡¯s raining he goes up and down stairs at home.
He never skip any of the exercises.
