When solving customer complaints, I feel a high level of fulfillment. I always try to develop creative alternatives to tackle customers¡¯ issues by grasping their demands and understanding the workflow. Since I am an entry-level employee, there is always room to learn about better customer service, even from the clients. As a data service analyst at Willis Towers Watson, I closely work with HR professionals of each firm who are at least senior management level. In most cases, those experts have been well aware of their demands but could not find applicable services to fulfill their objectives. Accordingly, I started by matching their demand with service portfolio, which I could equip with more industry-specific HR practices. Now I could provide customers with service by adding value such as analysis. Throughout this experience, I learned that the learning curve within customer service could be derived not only from internal resources but also from customers themselves.
