Last week, I am in angry a lot.
Because I heard my performance team other actors, they talk about my gossip story behind my back.
When I look a person and judged only in my mind, most important thing is talk.
Especially, I hate talk to behind to back other people.
I thnik it is really really bad motion and it's just every fighting case start.
But last week, I does try patience.
Then I get the calm down and I understand they are very pool people.
They are just they.
They are living whole life like that.
I am a winner by my self.

We all experience different kinds of emotions. It's what makes us humans. There are some that are uncontrollable like anger. Various things makes us angry but we have to know how to manage it well. 

PS: We should never stoop down to people who are bad. We should know that we are better. You did a great job :)
