Men are usually stronger than women physically but it is not true that they are more competitive than women. I think that it depends on the field. Women are good at arts whereas men are more talented on sports. Traditionally, women dealt with house chores and men earned money for their family. Women didn't have any opportunities to compete with men before, however, it has changed a lot that most countries have tried to hire more women and the point of view toward women has changed as well. Therefore, women are working most grounds recently. Some companies prefer to hire women rather than men because their strength. Many women put their efforts a lot more than men because of social awareness and stereotype about them. Many people still think that men are better than women in any situation but there are numerous women who are skillful, intelligent and competent.
