I love chicken. I love fried food.
l eat chicken about twice a month. Number of eating is lower than past.
I heard fried food is not healthy because It has too much fat.
However, I think chicken is more healthy than the foods based flour which are like tteokbokki, pizza, etc..
When I eat the food, my digestion doesn't work well.
And spicy food make my stomach to be hurt.
Chicken is based protein and when I eat not too much, my digestion works well.
Eating chicken too much is really not healthy, but Eating too much all food is not healthy too.
Delicious foods can be not healthy, but they are good for mental health and can reduce stress.
Sometimes eating delicious food which I want make me happy.
