In my previous job, there was a colleague who irritated me with his attitude. One of my team members hung up the call several times when receiving lousy feedback from clients. It was a critical issue since there were two Japanese speakers, so I needed to cover up the complaints. Since it is important to collaborate, I confronted the colleague about his actions. I used Google teams because in-person interaction was difficult due to COVID-19. From the open-minded conversation, I found out that the colleague had been undergoing a health issue, so it wasn't easy to be patient. Understanding the difficulties, I agreed to get the challenging calls transferred during the medication. Consequently, the colleague could recover the health, and I could satisfy customers. I believe being competitive together is essential in a customer service environment to assist clients in the fast-paced business environment. I would like to bring a collaborative and positive mindset to your company.
