While I’m learning Unit3, I was able to profoundly realize more who I am. I’m an introvert because I usually have some introverted attributes such as shrinking violet, self-consciousness, and methodicalness. On the verge of, I am oriented that I enjoy my hobby by myself instead of being outgoing. For instance, I enjoy writing in a journal every day. It gives me a chance to get in touch with my innermost self. Through journaling, I am able to find my authentic psyche and what I crave. I also have learned that I am carried away as I grow and see changes. Journaling provides to be groomed for developing a relationship with myself. I have weekly professional counseling to check my innermost self. It’s really helpful to me not to discount my emotional process. Back in Korea, I , who was an associate pastor at a local church, was thinking of myself as an introvert whereas I enjoyed meeting new people and teaching the Bible in large groups.
