EXPLANATION: If you are talking about a mailbox, you don't have to add -es. Moreover, the pattern of "if" + pronoun + verb in past tense needs to be followed such that: "if she called her mother..."

If they don't receive
my mails on signals, I repeatedly ask for them by my massages to answer
>> If they don't receive my mails on signals, I would repeatedly ask them by my massages to answer.
EXPLANATION: We need to put "would" to show the proper patter of "if+ would or could". So, "If she will not go, I would not go too."
 
Otherwise, they don't answer my emails, so continuously resend him until
getting answering mails.
>> Otherwise, if they don't answer my emails, I would continuously resend it to them until
I get answers from the mails.
EXPLANATION: The same as the rule of "if+could/would" above, it should also be in this sentence. Moreover, you have to repeat the use of would on the sencond part of your sentence to have consistent grammar tense.
