In the following year, I would like to develop communication skills to deliver a solution to clients with different backgrounds. From previous experiences, I worked closely with APAC clients, especially Korea and Japan, to answer diverse inquires. These events have taught me to pay attention to each clients' characteristics to solve problems and forge long-term relationships. I expect my career as a data operation associate at Blackrock would allow me to work closely with colleagues from various regions. Accordingly, I would like to develop cultural awareness to better communicate with colleagues with different backgrounds. Also, I would like to focus on developing my technical skills in terms of data analysis. Currently, I can utilize Microsoft Office software and VBA tool proficiently within visualizing datasets. On top of that, I would like to educate myself deeply on Python and Java to learn coding skills to implement data analysis tools and streamline overall operation.
