I fully agree that people around must prevent our world but I don't agree that private individuals pay pollution fee but it makes sense to impose pollution fee to companies. Our country has implemented recycling movement for a long time. Citizens have actively participated in recycle until now but there are few trash that can be recycled because it takes a lot of time and labor to segregate trash. For example, there are a lot of plastic types so recycle company has to select proper type of trash. Paper also have similar problem. If there are foreign materials on the paper box like sticky tape, it is not possible to be recycled. I feel really upset when I dispose it because I am asked to remove all foreign bodies on the box and segregate trashes in early morning. Recently, most countries declared plan for environmental prevention. One thing I was impressed is carbon tax which will be imposed to the companies that produce pollution. They will pay it according to the quantity of carbon.
