First, we put ourselves into the company owners’ shoes and then decide what is the priority to be picked among applicants. For example, appearance, job-related skills, language ability, and etc.
Second, we need to study about the company, such as the company’s foundation spirit, history, overall knowledge of the company.
Third, search the predecessors’ experience who went through the interviews as applicants or call the personnel department of the company directly to ask what you want to know before the interviews.
Fourth, think about how to show your passion, enthusiasm, and capacity while interviewing, and how much you work at the company.
Fifth, choose the outfit, hairstyle, and make-up for interviews so that the interviewers can remember you after the interview.
Last but not least, be punctual, or go to the interviews at least half an hour early to adjust yourself to the atmosphere of the interview.
Above all, be confident. To face the interviews, you need to have a gut.
