As a data services analyst managing retail, consumer, logistics, and transformation firms at Willis Towers Watson, the KPI included increasing compensation survey participation rate by 10%. I saw the opportunity of exceeding the target because these industries' landscapes transformed exponentially from soaring consumer spending, and many organizations were hiring to cover the rising demand. To increase the participation rate, I proceeded with three steps. First, I did 30 cold calls and ten marketing emails per day. Secondly, I actively scheduled meetings and provided clients with customized presentations based on their demands. Finally, since it was difficult to adjust the pricing to customers' expectations, I offered customized services. Eventually, I managed to increase participation rate to 60% and revenue to 50% and overtook competitors for the first time. Going beyond the target allowed me to exceed customers' expectations for a long-lasting relationship.
