In the first 90 days, I would be adjusting myself to the new industry and customer base. First, I would be shifting my career from the HR consulting industry to the financial service industry. Secondly, I would be engaging with a new client base with different cultural backgrounds and specialties. From previous experience, I worked closely with APAC clients, but now with European clients. Alongside this, I usually worked with HR professionals, but I would be working closely with corporate strategy, finance, and policy professionals regarding energy transformation at your firm. Different industries and customer bases would be a challenge to me. My major strength is that I am agile in adapting to new atmospheres. As an international finance major with no experience in HR, I exceeded expectations by increasing revenue by 50%. Being open-minded to proceed with a constant learning curve allowed me to achieve this objective, and I believe that I could contribute my traits to your company.
