Traffic laws have been made to prevent accident which is included speed limit, wearing safety belt and not to use smart phone while people are driving. I believe that these laws absolutely reduce traffic accident but most people don't follow regulation if there aren't speed cameras or police inspection. I guess that the fundamental problem is a number of cars in each country. It is true that people feel upset, if the car in front of me drives slow although, there isn't traffic jam on the road. In addition, Koreans tend to do everything quickly, we are always in a hurry. It leads people to drive fast if there isn't no surveillance. Our government has changed speed limit on the road from 60km to 50km due to increasing a number of accident but I don't think that it is the best way to reduce traffic accident because people don't follow regulation even if, it is school zone. Furthermore, it is easy to find speed camera with GPS due to technology development. Simply, we can ignore traffic
