Like everyone, I have received input from my team leaders and managers that helped me improve professionally. When I started working as a data services analyst at Willis Towers Watson, I received a lot of constructive feedback regarding the presentation layout. Since it was a significant responsibility for analysts to win projects, it was essential to create visually enticing presentations. Even though I was equipped with Microsoft Office Specialist certification, it was different for me to consider color allocation, graph, and font style. Initially, my work was returned several times for revision. By closely reviewing the feedbacks, I was missing some points and details, and there was room for improvement. Now, I have my own style, which assisted our team in winning projects several times. I am always eager to learn from people with different views and experiences, especially when the commentary can help me grow in my career and strengthen my skillsets.
