I think people who exercise are happier.
If people exercise steadily, they are in a good shape.
Good strength makes good condition in life, so people can enjoy more things.
They can keep good condition for longer time, so they can feel more happier for they live.
Also, exercising help to remove the blues.
When I feel gloomy and depressed, I go to the gym. Then, I don't feel gloomy ever and I can have hope.
People can get sense of accomplishment after exercising.
The sense becomes happiness in life.
So I really recommend people to exercise.
However, If people who exercise start to care the meals and foods, they may be less happy than the people who don't care the foods.
Many of unhealthy food are delicious. Eating delicious makes happiness.
