Friendly, result-driven, analytical, cogent, and enthusiastic best describe me. As a Korean, I have eight years of experience living abroad. These characteristics allowed me to comprehend the demand of people from different cultural backgrounds, which was transferred to the professional experience. At Willis Towers Watson, I managed 60 accounts with five industries. Since the participation rate of five sectors was behind our competitors, I implemented three tactics. First, I occasionally held meeting with the customers to build rapport with the clients. Secondly, I provided additional analysis to customers. Initially, the company only offered a consolidated compensation dataset, which made many clients have an issue of interpretation. Therefore, I provided another report to assist their understanding. Finally, I followed up with customers regarding participation even with unfavorable results to forge a trust-based relationship. Eventually, I increased participation to 50%.
