What good advice can you give to youger leaders at work who also aspire to be just like you someday?

-> I'm still thinking about what it is to be a good leader, but if I think of advice, I'd like to say that quick work control is the most important thing.
I think it is the most important job of a leader to properly understand what we are doing, point out the core of it, and provide directions.

You are a great leader, no doubt. Otherwise, in your very competitive work environment, you would not have been chosen to be the overall leader. Well, to give advice to future leaders there at work with your current position means that you are leaving them your legacy. This also entails you being always abreast as well as updated with your leadership skills.

However, I think that your mentor boss is right. If you make some mistakes, they are a part of the process of being a better leader. Thus, stay strong, face the adversities head- on and just do it!
