I do video conference once every two weeks.
After Pandemic, Every employee very be careful meeting in the office.
and a lot of time, We play video conference each place.
When we call at head office in the old days, almost we has been there. but now days every meeting play video conference.

It make more easily a conference. but in my opinion It will make discord each person.
Meeting have power invisible. but We can feeling anymore.





화상회의는 거의 일주일 또는 2주일에 한번 씩 할 정도로 자주 하는 편이다.
코로나가 시작되고 나서 회사내부적으로 사람들이 모이는걸 주의하게 되면서
팀 미팅조차도 각자 자리에서 화상회의를 하는 경우가 많다.
그리고 본사와 연락할 때도 예전에는 해외를 직접가서 만나서 회의를 하는 경우가 많았지만
이제는 전부 다 화상회를 통해 소통하고 업무를 공유하고 있다.

이로인해 장점은 멀리있는 사람과의 교류가 매우 빠르고 정확하게 이루워 질 수 있다는 점이나
또 한편으로는 사람이 하는 일인데 직접 만났을 때 발생할 수 있는 그런 교류는 발생하지 않는것 같다.
