If I had studied so far, I would have studied real estate. So, I would have obtained a related certificate and worked as a certified real estate agent to help with many housing find people.
Housing prices in Korea have more than doubled or tripled over the years, mainly in Seoul, due to various factors.
If I had studied in advance and knew the flow of the real estate market in advance, I would have been able to make a lot of profit by purchasing land or houses.
In Korea, especially in Seoul, the price of apartments has risen so much that if I had come from my hometown to Seoul recently, I would not have been able to buy a house.
I think it's late now, but I think it's an opportunity to raise money to always study and watch the real estate market with interest.
We can't do anything in the future with our salary only.
