The role of law is to maintain social order, to protect weak and good people , and to punish people who harm and threaten others.

If the law is tolerant to criminals, most of good people are harmed.

The law should be strict.

We must have strict standards that violate justice and morality.

If we are lenient cruel criminals, might be increase more and more social crime that ignore other's human right.
