What is your favorite exercise and why?
My favorite exercise is squat. Because My legs are strong so It’s easier than other exercises. And also I got a muscles easily.


What are some benefits of waking up early?
First, I can have a longer day so I can prepare for a day. What I wanna do today or remind I have to do something.

Second, I can go to the Gym in the morning before I go to academy. It’s also similar reason with above but this is important to me so it’s second reason.

Third, I’m not making a plan a day before or a week before. I prefer make a plan when I’m thinking about something. Most time I start to do at that time. That’s why It’s flexible afternoon I might use it.

So this is my some benefits of waking up early.
