Of course, I feel bad when I didn't get enough sleep last night. I think other people also do that. It is inevitable that we sleep and eat food, drink water. If we break this rule, we absolutely become dangerous and agonizing. Specifically, I suffered from drosiness when I didn't get enough sleep. It was like being exhausted and lacking energy after a marathon. However, I've maintained my consciousness for one day only twice. Although I was terribly painful, I made it. That is a pity to spend at least 10 hours for sleeping and eating something. I feel that our life is extorted by something. So, I have tried to reduce my sleeping time but it has always failed. Eventually, I acknowledged that it is essential for me to take at least 7 hours of sleep. I heard celebrities sleep 4 hours a day and I really pay my respects to them. I'm sure it is a cruel torture.
