I increase my energy when I meet good friends or after workout.
First, I¡¯m so extrovert. So that I really like going out and meet a people. Especially Who I love.
Second, I don¡¯t like a workout. But when I finished workout I have a more energy. Probably Endorphin something? And get a positive thinking it all makes my positive energy.

What food do you eat when you are stressed?
I eat a lot of junk food when I¡¯m stressed. Especially sweet and salt chips. Love potato chips.^^
Stress makes bad circle in my routine. Eat harmful food, stay at home, imagine worst situations and gain weight.
So I¡¯m trying not to worry about stress.
