Do you think it\'s healthy to eat out often? Why or why not?

I think eating out is not healthy. If you are not good at cooking, eating out can be another way, however, If you eat out very often, It could be unhealty to your body.
Because restuarant's foods are made very quickly and sometimes carlories are much higher than cooking at home(the one at home), It can make you gain more weight.
Eating out is very convenient. But, for keeping your body healthy, we need to control the times of eating out.
