In case of a problem within the workplace, I usually undergo five steps to solve the issue. First, I try to identify the problem. This step defines the problem, clarifies the root causes, and navigates all possible resources to establish further steps. Secondly, I try to explore and evaluate all alternative solutions. This step includes distinguishing short-term to long-term perspectives to analyze the positive and negative implications of the solution. To better grasp impact, this stage also entails conversation with key stakeholders to measure expectations, such as customers and team members. Third, I try to implement the resolution. During the selection process, it is crucial to know whether the solution aligns with internal guidelines. Also, having a comprehensive picture of resources and timeline is essential to adopting the action plan. Finally, I try to monitor the progress of new resolutions and adjust when necessary.
